AgTech Alchemy started off like most things in life! It was a serendipitous accident.

Patrick Honcoop, who lives in New Jersey was visiting the SF Bay Area and he reached out to Rhishi to see if they could organize something to get a few folks working in AgTech together for a social evening. Patrick and Rhishi put up a LinkedIn post, mentioned the name of the establishment and 50 people showed up at the event, even though everyone had to pay for their own food and drink!

Rhishi then got-together with Walt Duflock and Sachi Desai, and stated an IRL community called the AgTech Alchemy!

The AgTech Alchemy team has organized monthly events for the last 7-8 months and each of those events has been very well attended. The Alchemy team promotes a casual and cool vibe, where people get together to exchange ideas, find collaboration opportunities, and have fun!
